In terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements( Regulations, 2015, India Home Loan has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has resolved to keep the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company closed from Friday 11th August, 2017 to Thursday, 17th August 2017 both days inclusive, for the purpose of their Annual General Meeting to be held on 17th August, 2017 and for determining the eligibility of members entitled to dividend that may be declared for the Financial Year 2016-2017 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
