About India Home Loan Ltd

India Home Loan was incorporated in the name and style of Manoj Housing Finance Company on December 19, 1990 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the State of Maharashtra as a public limited company and received the certificate of commencement of business from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on January 11, 1991. The name of the company was changed from Manoj Housing Finance to India Home Loan with effect from February 11, 2009.

The company is registered with National Housing Bank (NHB), wholly owned by the Reserve bank of India (RBI), for carrying on the business of housing finance institution, without accepting public deposit vide NHB Certificate of Registration dated December 31, 2002.

The company came out with the public issue in the year 1995 to augment its long term resources to meet the needs of the business of housing finance and enhance its borrowing capacity by improving its net worth.

On June 29, 2010, the company opened a branch office at Ahmedabad in Gujarat for the expansion of business activities and for better administrative and managerial convenience.

The registered office of the company is situated at 107, Vardhaman Chambers, Cawasji Patel Street, Fort, Mumbai-400 001.
