Thirumalai Chemicals has informed about the merger of company’s Wholly Owned Subsidiary Tarderiv International with its own Wholly Owned Subsidiary Cheminvest for administrative convenience with effect from July 01, 2017 (Certificate of confirmation of Amalgamation was issued today by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, Singapore). The entire assets and liabilities will get transferred to the merged entity Cheminvest as per the scheme and there will be no financial impact for the parent company due to the merger.
