CRISIL to buy entire stake of Coalition Development

CRISIL has entered into an agreement to buy entire equity shares of UK-based Coalition Development along with its subsidiary (Coalition).

Coalition provides high-end analytics, mainly to leading global investment banks. It is a dynamic high-growth company firmly established as a premium brand.
