Cut-off date for remote e-voting is Tuesday, 22 August, 2017. The remote e-voting shall commence on Saturday, 26 August, 2017 at 9.00 a.m. and will end on Monday, 28 August, 2017 at 5.00 p.m. Further, in pursuance to the requirement of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will remain closed from Wednesday, 23 August, 2017 to Tuesday, 29 August, 2017 for the purpose of payment of dividend to the Shareholders of the Company.
