SR Industries surges on adding new client ‘Bata India’

SR Industries is currently trading at Rs. 9.75, up by 0.45 points or 4.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 9.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 9.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 9.76 and Rs. 9.16 respectively. So far 47851 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 10.42 on 10-Jul-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3.31 on 20-Jul-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 10.42 and Rs. 9.06 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12.75 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 40.88%, while Non-Institutions held 59.12 % stake.

SR Industries (SRIL) has added Bata India to its client list. The company is confident that its manufacturing prowess and strong experience of working with MNC’s as their preferred partner will enable it to take the relationship with Bata to great heights in a short span of time.

The company has an integrated sports footwear manufacturing facility at Una District of Himachal Pradesh, and has additional manufacturing facility at Mohali Punjab. SRIL manufacturers Sports, Casual & Lifestyle footwear for global brands like Puma, Fila (Cravatex) & Future Group Brands. It is associated with Puma since commencing its commercial productions in 2010. The company has manufactured more than 1 million pairs of footwear in FY2017.
