The board of the company in its meeting will consider separating two product businesses in two separate companies in order to unlock the value & raise growth capital. The company deals in two major products - FIBC & Technical Textile/Geo Textile.
Flexituff International is engaged in manufacturing of high density/polypropylene woven sacks and flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC)/jumbo bags. The Company is also engaged in the business of manufacturing reverse printed biaxially oriented polypropylene woven bags, geo-textile fabrics etc.
