Barwala Road, Talwandi Rana, Hisar-125001 (Haryana) on Monday, the 14th August, 2017, to consider and approve unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30.06.2017. Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Directors/Officers/Designated employees of the Company will remain closed from August 7, 2017 to August 17, 2017.
