Gammon Infra trades in green on its arms selling entire stake in SREPL

Gammon Infrastructure Projects is currently trading at Rs. 4.25, up by 0.06 points or 1.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 4.19 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4.25 and Rs. 4.15 respectively. So far 15003 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 5.85 on 20-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3.41 on 01-Feb-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 4.40 and Rs. 4.04 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 400.28 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.44%, while institutions and non-institutions held 18.81% and 22.75% respectively.

Gammon Infrastructure Projects’ subsidiary - Gammon Projects Developers and Gammon Renewable Energy Infrastructure Projects, have divested their entire shareholding held in Satluj Renewable Energy (SREPL), a non-material and non-operational indirect subsidiary of the company. The consideration received from the sale amounted to Rs 1.50 lakh.

Gammon Infrastructure Projects is an infrastructure project development company incorporated by Gammon India, to participate in the development of infrastructure projects on a public private partnership (PPP) basis.
