JBF Industries has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2012.
On the consolidated basis, the company has posted a fall of 85.61% in its net profit at Rs 23.54 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 163.62 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has decreased by 0.57% at Rs 1922.19 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1933.27 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
For the full year ended March 31, 2012, the company has posted a fall of 59.17% in its net profit at Rs 222.98 crore as compared to Rs 546.11 crore in the previous year. However, total income has increased by 10.94% at Rs 7179.25 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 6471.12 crore for the period ended March 31, 2011.
