IRB Infrastructure Developers has received an approval for sale of 100% equity stake held by the company in IRB Pathankot Amritsar Toll Road, to IRB InvIT Fund (the Fund) pursuant to Deed of Right of First Offer and Right of First Refusal executed by the company with the Fund on May 9, 2017. The board of directors at their meeting held on July 24, 2017, has approved for the same.
