Federal Bank trades in green on the bourses

Federal Bank is currently trading at Rs. 118.80, up by 1.75 points or 1.50% from its previous closing of Rs. 117.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 117.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 118.95 and Rs. 116.95 respectively. So far 11,94,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 122.40 on 16-Jun-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 61.50 on 04-Aug-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 120.55 and Rs. 114.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 23,083.00 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 62.17% and 37.83% respectively in the bank.

Federal Bank has allotted 215,517,241 equity shares to eligible QIBs at an issue price of Rs 116 per equity share aggregating Rs 2500 crore. Post this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Bank has increased to Rs 3,884,577,244 comprising 1,942,288,622 equity shares.
