Flexituff International has received an approval for separation of FIBC business (Pithampur) into a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) company. The board of directors at its meeting held on July 24, 2017 has approved for the same.
This would be done through process of slump sell of FIBC division (Pithampur) of the company including assets, liabilities/obligations of whatsoever nature & employees which are specific to the FIBC division (Pithampur) on a going concern basis to a WOS Company.
Flexituff International is engaged in manufacturing of high density/polypropylene woven sacks and flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC)/jumbo bags. The Company is also engaged in the business of manufacturing reverse printed biaxially oriented polypropylene woven bags, geo-textile fabrics etc.
