For full year ended March 31, 2012, the company’s net profit dipped by 87.58% at Rs 1.20 crore as compared to Rs 9.66 crore for the previous year. Company’s total income rose by 0.44% at Rs 93.28 crore for the year as compared to Rs 92.87 crore in the previous year.
On consolidated basis, the group has reported over two-fold rise in net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012, at Rs 10.65 crore as compared to Rs 4.80 crore for the same quarter last fiscal. The company’s net sales for the quarter under review increased marginally by 0.53% to Rs 45.67 crore against Rs 45.43 crore in the same quarter last year.
For the full year, the firm has posted consolidated net loss of Rs 2.62 crore as against net profit of Rs 12.22 in 2010-11. However, its net sales for the last fiscal increased by 18.72% to Rs 180.55 crore from Rs 152.08 crore in 2010-11.
