Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Ashoka Buildcon has informed about a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, August 09, 2017, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 (Q1 FY18). The Company has informed that pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, the Company has opted not to submit the Consolidated Financial Results for the first three quarters i.e., quarter ended on June 30, 2017, quarters ending September 30, 2017 and December 31, 2017. The Company will submit and publish the Consolidated Financial Results (CFS) for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2018. Accordingly, CFS for the 3 quarters will not be published by the Company.
