Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Borosil Glass Works has informed about the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 10th August, 2017, to approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017. Further, the company informed that pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions and under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed from 03rd August, 2017 to 12th August, 2017. The trading window shall open on 13th August, 2017.
