Further, as per the provisions of the Company’s Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code with effect from August 05, 2017 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and three months ended 30.06.2017 to the public.
