The Financial Results under regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 are enclosed at Annexure-A. The Limited review report of the Statutory Auditor on the financial results (standalone & consolidated) under regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, is enclosed at Annexure- B.
