Enkei Wheels (India) has received an approval for the expansion plan of the company at its land beside existing plant at Shikrapur, Pune by setting up new paint facility & production lines. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 3, 2017 has approved for the same.
The board has also approved to partially fund above mentioned expansion it is proposed to issue up to 535,000 Equity Shares to its Promoter, i.e. Enkei Corporation, Japan on preferential basis at a price being not less than the price determined in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
Enkei Wheels (India) manufactures and sells aluminum alloy castings wheels primarily for use in the automobile industry in India. It offers its products for two wheelers and four wheelers.
