Godrej Properties’ sales bookings jumped more than three-fold to Rs 1,474 crore, while net debt reduced by Rs 400 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal. The company has achieved its best ever quarterly sales in housing segment at Rs 1,472 crore in the quarter ended June. The commercial segment contributed only Rs 2 crore to overall sales bookings.
In terms of area, the company’s sales booking jumped over three-times to nearly 1.8 million square feet during the June quarter.
Godrej Properties is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread in 12 cities.
