Bank of India floats RFP for Sale of 29.96% stake in STCI Finance

Bank of India has floated a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Sale of its 29.96% stake in its Associate Company i.e. STCI Finance.

In July, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) bought an additional stake of over 3% in public sector Bank for about Rs 450.88 crore.
