Rico Auto Industries has informed that the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, the 22nd day of September, 2017 at the Registered Office of the Company at 38 KM Stone, Delhi-Jaipur Highway, Gurugram - 122001, Haryana. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, the 16th day of September, 2017 to Friday, the 22nd day of September, 2017 for the purpose of payment of dividend and 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders of the Company, shall be paid on or after 27th September, 2017 but within 30 days from the date of approval. Friday, the 15th day of September, 2017 will be the cut-off date for determining the voting rights of members, entitled to participate in the voting process with respect to business to be transacted at the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
