Ujaas Energy has received an approval to issue further securities/ADR/GDR/QIP/ FPO and etc., upto a tune of Rs 500 crore, subject to approval of members in the ensuring Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on August 14, 2017, has approved the same.
