Quess Corp has received an approval for allotment of 1,09,24,029 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each to successful applicants at an issue price of Rs 800 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs 873.922 crore, under Issue. The duly authorized Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2017 has decided for the same.
