Modi Rubber has entered into Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Alma Beauty Corporation, S.L., Spain for setting up Hair Salon, its academies and sale of aesthetic beauty products in India on 50:50 basis. Business will be carried out through Modi Marco Aldany, under the brand name Marco Aldany and First academy is expected to become functional on or before March 31, 2018.

Modi Rubber is engaged in the manufacture of the Modi Continental brand of tires. The company was incorporated on February 27, 1971.
