Franklin India High Growth Company Fund has bought 15.78 lakh shares of Sobha at Rs 385 per share on the NSE on August 18, 2017. However, Platinum Asia Fund has offloaded 17.58 lakh shares of the company at Rs 385.01 per share on the NSE on the same day.
Recently, Platinum Asia Fund sold a total of 10,30,835 shares of Sobha. Of total, the fund house offloaded 5,15,397 shares of Sobha at Rs 379 on the NSE, while 5,15,438 shares at Rs 379 on the BSE on August 8, 2017.
Sobha is one of the fastest growing and foremost backward integrated real estate players in the country. It primarily focuses on residential and contractual projects.
