Banswara Syntex has entered into Joint Venture (JV) agreement with France-based Treves SA with 50:50 equity shareholding and incorporated a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to be known as Treves Banswara.
This new joint venture company will produce laminated knitted and woven textile for internal furnishing of Trains, Buses and other automobiles.
Banswara Syntex started as a spinning mill with a capacity of 12,500 spindles .The company now is the largest exporter of formal suiting’s from the country and exports its products to more than 50 countries including US, UK, Canada, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Philippines, Turkey and GCC countries. Also, it has won several awards from SRTEPC for export excellence.
