Fiem Industries executes JVA with Japan based KYOWA

Fiem Industries has executed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with KYOWA Co., Japan and also formed an equal Joint Venture Company (JVC) in Hong Kong by the name of ‘Fiem Kyowa (HK) Mould Company’.

The JVC would primarily engage in the business of high class molds/ tools for Automotive and other applications. This new venture will have an added advantage as this will enhance the level of confidence among company’s existing and prospective OEM customers by way of shortening the development time for tooling considerably. Besides, it would also reduce the dependability of the company on outside mold manufacturers.

KYOWA Group with a history of more than 60 years is reputed Japanese Group, inter-alia engaged in designing and manufacturing of high class molds for automotive, medical and other applications with proprietary technology, having its group companies in Japan, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan etc.

Fiem Industries is one of the leading manufacturers of automotive lighting & signaling equipments and rear view mirrors. The company is supplying its products to almost all major OEMs in the domestic market as well as few global OEMs.
