Arihant Superstructures has received the Intent of Approval (IOA) for one of its project ‘Arihant Akanksha’. The company’s ‘Arihant Akanksha’ is a project of one of its subsidiary located at Panvel near Navi Mumbai Airport.

This brings Arihant Superstructures one step closure to launching the MEGA Project shortly. This 3 Million Square feet Project qualifies under Section 80 IB of Income Tax Act, 1961 for tax exemption benefits under Affordable Housing Policy i.e. ‘Housing for all by 2022’.
