GRP slips on reporting net loss of Rs 1.72 crore in Q1

GRP is currently trading at Rs. 1274.95, down by 21.55 points or 1.66% from its previous closing of Rs. 1296.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1280.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1298.90 and Rs. 1262.55 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1802.00 on 17-Apr-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1262.55 on 13-Sep-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1324.00 and Rs. 1262.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 169.99 crore.

The company has reported a net loss of Rs 1.72 crore for first quarter ended June 30, 2017 as against a net profit of Rs 3.85 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 10.50% at Rs 74.57 crore for Q1FY18 as compared Rs 83.32 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

GRP produces reclaim rubber from scrap of whole tyres, tread peelings, natural rubber tubes, butyl tubes, moulded rubber products for different applications in both, tyre and non tyre rubber products.
