GOCL Corporation has received an approval for Scheme of Arrangement for amalgamation of IDL Buildware (IDLBL) and Gulf Caressorie India (GCIL), wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 13, 2017 has approved the same.
GOCL Corporation is the parent company of Gulf Oil Corporation, which was restructured to carve out a separate listed entity for lubricants.
