Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 10,03,147.09 crore on September 14 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 1,08,22,204.
Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 12,634.84 crore, Stock Futures Rs 51,159.40 crore and Index Options Rs 8,98,267.36 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 41,085.50 crore.
For the day, the total F&O Put Call ratio stood 0.92, while Index Options Put Call ratio was 0.95 and that of Stock Options was 0.44.
The top five scrips with highest PCR on OI were the Ramco Cements (2.16), Indiabulls Real Estate (2.12), Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (1.26), DCB Bank (1.12) and HDFC Bank (1.07).
Among most active underlying, Bharat Heavy Electricals witnessed an addition of 8.28 million units of Open Interest in the September month futures contract, followed by Vedanta witnessing an addition of 3.96 million units of Open Interest in the September month contract, Reliance Industries witnessed an addition of 0.03 million units of Open Interest in the September month contract, Axis Bank witnessed an addition of 0.61 million units of Open Interest in the September month contract and Tata Motors witnessed an addition of 1.77 million units of Open Interest in the September month future contract.
