Karur Vysya Bank trades higher on the bourses

Karur Vysya Bank is currently trading at Rs. 155.80, up by 3.30 points or 2.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 152.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 152.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 158.00 and Rs. 151.30 respectively. So far 337547 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 158.00 on 15-Sep-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 80.00 on 24-Nov-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 158.00 and Rs. 146.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9526.75 crore.

Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) has opened two new branches in state of Tamil Nadu. The bank has opened one branch each at Trichy District and Madurai District on September 15, 2017.

Karur Vysya Bank is among six old generation private sector banks that have been identified by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to implement Speed Clearing at Mumbai.
