Sangam Advisors has acquired the 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each (representing 100% shareholding) of 8M Solar Fund, New Delhi. With this acquisition of shareholding, 8M Solar Fund became wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from September 15, 2017.
Sangam Advisors is engaged in the business of providing diversified financial services with a primary focus in assisting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in corporate and non-corporate sector in their financial planning, corporate restructuring and fund syndication requirements.
