SBI Mutual Fund buys 16.70 lakh equity shares of Max Financial Services

SBI Mutual Fund has bought 16.70 lakh equity shares of Max Financial Services for Rs 596 per share, while Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has also acquired 15.10 lakh equity shares of the company for Rs 596 per share on the BSE on September 15, 2017. However, Xenok has offloaded 1.12 crore shares of the company for Rs 599.95 per shares on the same day.

Max Financial Services, a part of the $2 billion Max Group, is the holding company for Max Life, India’s largest non-bank, private life insurance company.
