Godrej Properties is planning to issue unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, within the limits approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on August 02, 2017. The meeting of the Committee of Directors will be held on September 25, 2017 to consider and approve the same.
Godrej Properties is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across approximately 13.70 million square meters (140.10 million square feet) in 12 cities.
