VST Tillers Tractors has entered into a technology transfer agreement with Kukje Machinery Co., Korea to manufacture higher H.P Tractors in India. For availing the required technology from Kukje Machinery Co., the company will pay lumpsum technical fee and royalty fees for a period of six years.
VST Tillers Tractors was incorporated in technical collaboration and joint venture with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan for the manufacture of Power Tillers and Diesel Engines.
