Godrej Properties has raised Rs 500 crore on private placement basis. The Committee of Directors at the meeting held on September 25, 2017 had issued and allotted Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating Rs. 500 crore.
Godrej Properties is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across approximately 13.70 million square meters (140.10 million square feet) in 12 cities.
