Tata Power Delhi Distribution (TPDDL), a joint venture (JV) of Tata Power and the Government of Delhi, is providing Tatkal (instant) electricity connections to its consumers, with an aim to better serve its consumers this festive season.
Under the Tatkal scheme, the applicant can get a temporary connection on the same day of applying after completing the simple commercial formalities at the nearest customer care centre. The consumers are extensively taking advantage of the scheme with nearly 200 Tatkal connections already issued so far.
