Equity Intelligence, ace investor Porinju Veliyath’s fund Management Company, has bought 0.4% stake in LEEL Electricals. With this, the total shareholding of the fund management company increased to 5.4 percent.

New Delhi-based LEEL Electricals (formerly known as Lloyd Electric and Engineering) is the largest producer of coils / heat exchangers (fin and tube type) in India, serving the entire spectrum of HVAC & R industry in the country as well as OEM’s in North America, Europe, Middle East and Australia.
