KEC International’s five wholly owned step-down subsidiaries, which were incorporated as Special Purpose Vehicle at Delaware, USA, have been merged with another wholly owned step-down subsidiary i.e., SAE Towers Holdings LLC effective from September 29, 2017 as per Merger Certificate dated October 3, 2017 issued by the Authority of State of Delaware. The five merging companies are KEC International Holdings LLC, KEC Brazil LLC, KEC Mexico LLC, KEC Transmission LLC and KEC US LLC.
KEC International is a global infrastructure EPC major. It has presence in power transmission and distribution, cables, railways, water, renewables and civil.
