In continuation to the letters nos. Ref:JAL:SEC:2017 dated 10th February, 2017, 17th February, 2017 and 7th March, 2017 (copies enclosed), JP Associate has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors will be held on 7th October, 2017, to consider the recommendations of Restructuring Committee and Audit Committee to complete the debt reorganisation and structuring process approved by Joint Lenders Forum of the Company. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities, the Trading Window shall remains closed from 6th October, 2017 to 9th October, 2017. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s shares/securities.
