Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals has informed that as per the Employee Stock Option Scheme-2012 of the Company, the Company has vested 243,749 stock options on 10th October 2013. The exercise period for the said options was a maximum of 4 years from the date of the vesting of the options. Out of the aforesaid stock options, 64,781 options have already lapsed due to resignation/retirement of employees from time to time. The remaining 178,968 options which were vested and not exercised as per the said Scheme of the Company also lapsed on 9th October 2017.
