Reliance Infra moves up on completing sale of WRSSS transmission undertakings

Reliance Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 466.60, up by 1.65 points or 0.35% from its previous closing of Rs. 464.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 467.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 471.50 and Rs. 462.00 respectively. So far 132560 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 630.00 on 12-May-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 426.45 on 09-Nov-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 493.80 and Rs. 459.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12248.76 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.71%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 37.90% and 12.39% respectively.

Reliance Infrastructure (RInfra) has completed sale of its Western Region System Strengthening Scheme (WRSSS) transmission undertakings to its two subsidiaries.

Earlier in October 2017, the company has executed Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) for transfer of its WRSSS B & C Undertakings to its two subsidiaries as part of process of sale of the businesses to Adani Transmission.

Reliance Infrastructure is one of the largest infrastructure companies, developing projects through various Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) in several high growth sectors such as Power, Roads and Metro Rail in the Infrastructure space and the Defence sector.
