Welspun Enterprises has incorporated a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) - Welspun Aunta-Simaria Project (WASPPL)with effect from October 13, 2017 with the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana, for an initial subscription equity capital of Rs 1,00,000 (10,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each).
The company has subscribed 74% in the equity share capital of WASPPL. WASPPL has been incorporated for six laning of Aunta-Simaria (Ganga Bridge with approach roads) section of NH-31 from Km 197.900 to Km 206.050 (Design (drainage) (Existing Cliainage Km 204.741 to Km 209.945) in the State of Bihar on Hybrid Annuity Model. WASPPL is yet to commence its business operations.
