Gujarat State Petronet (GSPL) has executed a Shareholders and Share Subscription Agreement for development of Floating Storage and Regassification Unit (FSRU). The Shareholders and Share Subscription Agreement has been executed on October 17, 2017 among SWAN LNG (SLPL) and the shareholders of SLPL -- SWAN Energy (63% equity holding), Gujarat Maritime Board (15% equity holding), GSPL (11% equity holding) and FSRU Venture India One, an affiliate of Mitsui OSK Lines, Japan (11% equity holding), for development of FSRU based LNG Port with a regassification capacity of 5MMTPA of LNG at Jafrabad in Amreli District, Gujarat by SLPL.
GSPL is a pioneer in developing energy transportation infrastructure and connecting natural gas supply sources including LNG terminals to growing markets. GSPL is continuously expanding its pipeline network currently in Gujarat to reach the demand centres by laying gas pipeline network.
