Centrum Capital surges on getting nod to raise Rs 100 crore via debentures

Centrum Capital is currently trading at Rs. 77.50, up by 1.10 points or 1.44% from its previous closing of Rs. 76.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 77.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 77.95 and Rs. 75.05 respectively. So far 239212 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 90.70 on 22-Sep-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 23.00 on 09-Nov-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 81.90 and Rs. 72.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3242.98 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 37.08%, while institutions and non-institutions held 1.06% and 61.86% respectively.

Centrum Capital has received approval to raise Rs 100 crore through issue of upto 10,000 secured, unlisted, unrated, redeemable, non-convertible, principal protected, market linked debentures bearing a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, on a private placement basis. The company’s fund raising committee has approved the same at its meeting held on October 26, 2017.
