Oricon Enterprises has received an approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation of ‘Oriental Containers’ and ‘Shinrai Auto Services’-- the two wholly owned subsidiaries (WOS) of the company with itself with effect from April 01, 2017 i.e. appointed date for merger . The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on October 27, 2017 has approved the same.
