Subros advances on acquiring business for Blower assembly

Subros is currently trading at Rs. 274.45, up by 11.85 points or 4.51% from its previous closing of Rs. 262.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 265.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 282.45 and Rs. 265.70 respectively. So far 20,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 282.45 on 30-Oct-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 130.50 on 21-Nov-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 282.45 and Rs. 247.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,646.39 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 40.01%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.80% and 53.19% respectively.

Subros has acquired businesses for Blower assembly from Ashok Leyland, Swaraj Mazda Isuzu, Mahindra Truck and Bus Division and Tata Motors. In addition, few of these customers are choosing air-conditioning fitment as an optional action. In the coming year, the new business opportunity will add approximately Rs 175 crore to the top line of the company.

Subros is a leading manufacturer of automotive air conditioning systems and thermal products for automotive applications in India. The company has also been supplying cab mounted HVAC Units to Indian Railways for Driver Cabin application.
