Kajaria Ceramics has received an approval for acquisition of 43,33,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Jaxx Vitrified (Jaxx), a subsidiary company, at a consideration aggregating up to Rs 8.68 crore, subject to applicable laws. The board of directors at its meeting held on October 30, 2017 has approved for the same.

Kajaria Ceramics is the largest ceramic floor and wall tile manufacturer in India. The company has an in-house research and development facility that focuses on developing new designs and creating cost effective products.
